Joining ISUG South/Latin America

Individuals —

If there is a Local User Group in your area that is part of this membership mechanism, please join through that group see below) — this ensures that you have access to all the resources that are available to you locally. If there isn't a local user group near you, or your local group functions autonomously, you can join the South/Latin American regional group instead by selecting one of the following options:

Basic Membership ($30) — Basic members are Regular (or voting) members of ISUG and participate in the election of their regional representative to the ISUG Board of Directors as well as the ISUG Executive and Directors. Basic members can also particpate fully in the ISUG Enhancement Process – a method through which you can let Sybase know what new features and functionality are important to you in the products you use.
Gold Membership ($139) — In additional to the benefits received by Basic Members, Gold Members receive a subscription to the print edition of the ISUG Technical Journal and may download a host of free software from Sybase (more than $7000 worth!), such as ASE, PowerBuilder, WorkSpace, DataWindow .NET, etc.
Green Membership ($99) — Our Green Membership is identical to the Gold membership, with the exception that the ISUG Technical Journal is only available in electronic format. In addition, any software that is not accessible by download is not available. This is currently applicable only to ASE.
Associate Membership (Free) — An Associate Member is a non-voting member that can particpate in our public discussion forums online, download select documents and presentations from the ISUG archives, and submit suggestions to the ISUG Enhancement Process. Generally, Associate Members can participate live in online meetings and presentations but do not have access to the recordings for later playback. Becoming an Associate Members is free, but remember that ISUG is member-supported, so we encourage you to upgrade to full membership at the earliest opportunity.
